Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful

Description:  Florida Learning Garden.  Volunteer will on several different activities such as planting, harvesting and weeding (the labor tends to be mostly revolved around weeding). Volunteer days consist of every 2 nd Saturday of the month and take place from 7-11am. YMCA Camp Cristina

Sweetwater Organic Community Farm

Description:  At Sweetwater you will be leading a 2-and-a-half-hour trip of school aged children two days out of the week. This is a wonderful way to educate the youth of the ecological and economical advantages of sustainable agriculture. Citizens’ Climate Lobby

Description:  At CCL you’d oversee educating your community on climate change and environmental legislature. Work requires one to meet with local media as well as writing to congressional leaders. CCL offers weekly skill building sessions and provides conference calls with expert guest speakers.
